What this policy covers
This policy describes how Flynn Law Firm PLLC handles information collected through flynnlaw.net. It does not govern information you provide once we have agreed to represent you — that is covered by the rules of professional conduct and your engagement agreement, which are considerably stricter.
What we collect
- Information you submit. If you use the case review form, we receive what you type into it — typically your name, phone number, and a description of your situation.
- Server logs. Like any website, requests to this site may be logged by the hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Confirm host and log retention
- Analytics. State which analytics, if any, are used — this site ships with none
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party fonts, trackers or scripts. If that changes, this section must change with it.
What we do with it
Information submitted through the case review form is used to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate whether we can help. We do not sell it, rent it, or provide it to marketing companies or lead brokers.
Confidentiality — an important limit
Submitting the form does not create an attorney–client relationship, and information you send before we agree in writing to represent you is not protected as a confidential attorney–client communication. Please do not send anything highly sensitive through this site. If a matter is urgent or confidential, call (918) 583-0121.
Text messages
If you tick the box consenting to be contacted by text, we may reply by SMS about your enquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not send marketing texts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take on are retained only as long as needed for conflict checking and record-keeping. Specify the firm's actual retention period
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent over the internet.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
