This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and at any text size. If something here does not work for you, we want to hear about it.
Our commitment
A significant proportion of the people who come to this site are injured — sometimes with impaired vision, limited hand movement, chronic pain, or cognitive effects from a head injury. A website that is hard to use is a particularly poor thing to put in front of them.
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What that means in practice
- Keyboard. Every menu, accordion, form field and button can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible.
- Screen readers. Semantic headings, landmarks, labelled form fields, and a skip link to jump straight to the main content.
- Contrast. Body text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio throughout.
- Text size. The layout is fluid and text can be enlarged substantially without content being cut off or overlapping.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animation on this site is switched off.
- No motion traps. Nothing auto-plays, auto-scrolls, flashes, or interrupts you with a pop-up.
- Works without JavaScript. If scripts fail to load, every page still displays its full content and remains navigable.
Known limitations
List any known gaps here after the pre-launch audit — for example third-party embeds, PDFs that are not tagged, or video without captions. An honest, specific list is worth more than a blanket claim of full compliance.
